Camping is something I love to do. It's great to get out of the city and back into nature. The best time to do this is in the fall. In Japan, you can enjoy the fall foliage while camping during the day and at night enjoy the stars. The cooler nights make sitting around a campfire really enjoyable with a cup of hot cocoa and smores. Japan has some nice areas to go camping and hiking. If you have a chance try tent camping or if you are more adventurous backpacking. Either way, it is always good for your mental and physical health to reconnect with nature.
