What is my dream job?

I have three different dream jobs. The first would be working in a library where, of course, I would be surrounded by books.  I love the feel and smell of books (as opposed to the sterile torture of a computer screen) and wish I could read them all day long. Unfortunately, I think my conception of a librarian’s job is probably rather idealized. I suspect one cannot just sit around all day and read books. It is more likely that there is a lot of hard work and very little down-time involved in the work.

My other choice of work would be some kind of healer.  I would like to work with people on their diet, general happiness and physical fitness.  It would be nice if I could learn a skill such as massage to give people instant relief from their pain. 

Finally, I would love to be a full time violin teacher. Unfortunately that is not really possible in Japan due to the preponderance of Yamaha Schools and over emphasis of the Suzuki teaching method in spite of the huge variety of effective alternatives.

However, at the end of the day, I am happy with my lot and look forward to meeting my Cafetalk students on line.
