Always remember that throughout this lifetime, as we grow old, things will not always go our way. AND THAT'S OKAY. We have to learn to swing through life and be agile to refocus and restart in our every mishap. It is easier said than done, YES. In this bit, I shared my own little way of how I am able to deal with disappointments in my life.
Let me start with this:
The Greeks used to call TIME to see what type of the time is.
So it's CHRONOS and KAIROS. Chronos is sequential time, which is TIME PASSING and KAIROS is an opportune time wherein they HAPPEN DURING THAT SEASON and it just made me realize everything that "Wherein things fall into places for your life" but I know this kind of understanding doesn't make anything easier, but it just feels so true.
I know sometimes we questioned and blamed ourselves for all the negative things that happen in our lives so we get disappointed and we stopped trying or we tend to be scared of trying things out. But just remember this: "We walk this world with a sea of people with a false bravado".
So I think when we're faced with disappointments, it is a great opportunity for us to start assessing ourselves and being more accountable and intentional with the way that we live our lives and make decisions and it is also time for us to start looking at.
Okay, what else, what else are the factors in this particular situation?
You know, I think the ultimate who demand way to stop being disappointed in general in life is NOT to lower our expectations, but to be MORE grateful, it is so cliche but it's true. When we start counting our blessings, we will never waste our energy trying to be disappointed.
Comparing basically the definition at the end of disappointment, but that's the thing, you, know, things don't necessarily go our way but THINGS ARE STILL GOING.
I guess the thing that we need to get our minds, right wrap on is that "the world doesn't owe us anything."
So for those reading this, I hope I can give a little light into your life.
