I have one pet. Her name is Azuki. She is a tortoise shell cat. She has short and medium length hair. She was adopted from a local animal shelter as a 5 month old kitten. Her cage was small and the shelter was very noisy with dogs and cats. She shared her cage with two other kittens.

I think the shelter was rather stressful. She tends to be very jumpy and she will run and hide at almost any noise. She is healthy and energetic even though she is over 7 years old. Her favorite toys are strings and paper balls. She will chase paper balls around the house smacking them with her paws.

One surprising thing about Azuki is that she doesn’t like to climb that much. She has a cat tower, but she hardly ever goes up it. She will go onto windows sills and look out, but that is very low to the ground.
