How are you? I heard it's warming up in Japan and it's already hot! I hope you stay comfortable and cool. In Canada where I live, it's not too hot or cold. It's pleasant weather now. Just perfect! I'm just ecstatic that summer is here in Canada after a very long winter.

I think you will find it a useful review of what you already know and to pick up grammar that you were uncertain about.
