Hi! This is Yuki, a Qigong Master at cafe talk.
"Let's Ascend to a Higher Dimension!"
"Don't Miss the Dimension Shift!"
So, what is this "dimension shift" anyway?
Dimensions are not concepts of other planets or cosmic spaces that we imagine in our minds, nor are they locations or places. Instead, they refer to the hierarchical "levels of consciousness" within the world we are currently living in.
The world we perceive as "conscious" is actually an illusion we have created based on our beliefs—similar to believing in Mickey Mouse, enjoying Disneyland.
In this same world, there already exist several "dimensions," and we live in different layers while coexisting. There is no concept of higher or lower layers, just different layers.
So, now let’s talk about the "layers of consciousness".
◆What are the layers of consciousness?
Please refer to the diagram below.
On the left, you see the "17 Levels of Consciousness" classified by Dr. Hawkins, and on the right, a "5-Tier Structure of Consciousness" divided into five levels.
I believe human consciousness can be broadly categorized into these five levels.
Currently, the average level of human consciousness is reportedly at "10 Pride." This is an average, and each level's "power points (HP)" vary significantly.
The HP for the 1st level is small, while the 4th and 5th levels have exponentially larger values (for example, "17 Shame" might have 20 HP, while "4 Love" could have 500 HP).
Even if there are 1,000 people on the 1st floor, the average level of consciousness will be "10 Pride" if there are just a few people on the 4th or 5th floors.
So, what does this mean?
Yes, it means that most of us are living at the 1st or 2nd level of consciousness.
Moments filled with love and compassion for others exist for everyone, but so do moments filled with jealousy or anger. Our minds, like the weather, change constantly.
You are likely residing in the consciousness level you are most familiar with.
Is there a world somewhere with constant wars, a frenzy over money, competition, authoritarianism, vested interests, and paralyzing fear?
◆Consciousness Level 1 ★Weakness and Apathy★
The 1st level includes:
Shame / Guilt / Apathy / Deep Sadness / Fear
The 1st level is characterized by a "lack of vitality."
It has a low amount of power points.
In this state of ignorance (absence of the light of wisdom), one has relinquished the power to determine their own worth to external factors.
Their sense of self-worth becomes tied to how they are perceived by others.
Key phrase: "Why am I always like this?"
Do you often hesitate to voice your opinions, swallowing your words?
Or perhaps you think about taking action but can’t bring yourself to do it?
The root cause is fear—fear of others' reactions.
You might worry about being criticized or disliked by others.
Over time, this leads to a habitual mindset of self-preservation and maintaining the status quo.
You become extremely fearful of taking responsibility for your own actions, avoiding thinking about how to handle things yourself.
By merely following others' opinions, you avoid criticism and responsibility.
Gradually, this repetitive thinking and action cause your thought processes to come to a halt.
This is the "automatic mode of thinking" previously mentioned.
★★★★★
In this state, you become increasingly sensitive to "fear" from new external stimuli, focusing solely on how to avoid losses and damage.
You stop seeking ways to escape your current suffering and instead pursue anything that can slightly alleviate it.
The beauty you see, the pleasant sounds you hear, and the comfort you feel are like "droplets of water in a desert."
Imagine a rabbit trapped in a cage. Initially, it may think about escaping, but over time, it becomes accustomed to surviving on minimal food and stops thinking about escape.
However, one day, if a super cute rabbit appears outside the cage, wouldn’t it suddenly become energized?
If you start to feel something might be wrong, it’s a sign that your awakening has begun!
That’s a sign to ascend to a higher dimension! (^^♪
For the 1st level "lack of vitality," it is crucial to build both mental and physical muscles.
Muscles are needed not only for the body but also for the mind.
Breathing techniques are the most effective way to achieve this. It is medically proven that "laughing" and "taking deep, slow breaths" directly affect the cardiovascular system and autonomic nervous system.
By enhancing parasympathetic nervous system activity, it reduces norepinephrine and cortisol, and increases serotonin, which fosters relaxation and happiness.
Even if you try to think positively, it is impossible if your body is filled with anxiety hormones. Healthy diet, nutrition, and breathing play significant roles.

You can experience and master a breathing method that activates Qi remotely.
This is not the abdominal breathing practiced in yoga but a technique known as reverse abdominal breathing.
