Not all days are good ones. There will be times that we feel lonely, grumpy, pissed,depressed and feel like no one is there to cheer you up. Bad days are real!
But hey!it`s not yet the end of the world. You must know how to express it to someone, and yes!you should know that I`m here to listen. May not be a good counselor but we can talk about it to make you feel at ease.
