1. Read a Halloween-Themed short Story. I will send you a file with the story. We will read it aloud during the lesson. We will work on pronunciation during this lesson. We will also discuss the story. It might take a few lessons to finish some of the stories.
You may choose from the following stories:
* A. The Veldt by Ray Bradbury
* B. Where are you going, Where have you been by Joyce Carol Oats
* C. Haunted by Harris Tobias
* D. The Nightmare Before Christmas by Tim Burton
2. Halloween Themed TED-ED lesson focusing on Halloween traditions around the world. (Intermediate and Advanced Students) This lesson will consist of a video, quiz, listening, and discussion. This lesson features listening, speaking, vocabulary and reading.
There are three different talks for this lesson. Please choose ONLY 1.
* A. Bet You Didn't Know: Halloween History
* B. 10 Unusual Halloween Traditions around the World
* C. Top 10 Most Incredible Halloween festivals Around the World
3.Halloween-Themed Picture Description focusing on pictures with different Halloween Traditions. For this choice, you will have 4 to 5 pictures to describe. I will send you the presentation a few minutes before the lesson.
