Let's explore the world of Technology Entertainament and Design (TED) while we improve your English.
This lesson will suit students who want to work on their LISTENING, SPEAKING and READING skills, as well as VOCABULARY BUILDING, PRONUNCIATION and GRAMMAR.
Lesson Format:
This lesson will suit students who want to work on their LISTENING, SPEAKING and READING skills, as well as VOCABULARY BUILDING, PRONUNCIATION and GRAMMAR.
Lesson Format:
- You choose a TED Talk of +/- 10 min.
- Watch the lesson in your own time, making notes of any words or phrases that are unfamiliar to you OR we can watch it together at the start of the lesspn.
- You read the TRANSCRIPT out loud while I check your pronuciation and we can stop to check any phrases, idioms or vocabulary you don't know.
- We have a general discussion about what we learned and further explore your opinions about the topic
I will keep a detailed Skype record of the lesson, so you can use it for reference later on.
