課程介紹
Show and Tell is a beloved activity often found in classrooms, where students have the opportunity to share something meaningful with their peers. During a Show and Tell session, each student brings an item from home that holds significance to them. It could be a toy, a book, a photo, a souvenir, or anything else that they are excited to talk about.
The purpose of Show and Tell is multifold. Firstly, it encourages public speaking skills as students stand in front of their classmates to present their item. They practice articulating their thoughts, describing the item, and sharing relevant information about why it's special to them.
Secondly, Show and Tell promotes listening skills among the audience. As each student presents, their peers listen attentively, learning about different interests, hobbies, and experiences. This fosters a sense of community and understanding within the classroom.
Additionally, Show and Tell provides a platform for students to express themselves creatively and develop confidence in sharing their own stories and perspectives. It can also spark curiosity and encourage further discussion and exploration of various topics.
