Description
This course will provide an opportunity to practice business English conversation in several frequently experience contexts. The specific topic of conversation will be totally up to you, but below are some examples of areas I currently teach.
- Making a positive first impression when communicating with native English speakers
- Presenting information effectively online or face-to face
- Learning basic negotiation and persuasion skills
- Behaving constructively during meetings with other English speakers
- Managing conflict in ways that meet the expectation of native English speakers
- Understanding appropriate cross-cultural body language signalling
