Recently, American companies have also been taking up meditation. But what exactly is meditation?

Meditation is a tool for actualizing our subconscious actions, thoughts, and feelings. You can identify habits and thought processes that you haven’t noticed before and understand how they influence your actions and choices. By deepening that understanding, you can develop good habits and let go of your bad weeks.

No meditation experience is necessary. If you’re interested, please feel free to give it a try.
