This lesson is great for beginners. You will learn basic phrases while I introduce you to Dutch culture. I will provide you with a variety of activities to improve your Dutch. Situations will differ from buying tickets at a museum to introducing yourself to other tourists.

When I began taking Dutch lessons, I was nervous because I did not know any Dutch. I was worried that a one-hour lesson would feel very tiring. But Yana made the conversation move along naturally and time passed by quickly. I have learned a lot of Dutch from Yana and my pronunciation is improving a lot because she listens carefully and makes corrections. I find it easy to understand Yana because she speaks clearly, uses English when necessary, and effectively uses Skype Chat. After the lesson, Yana takes time to review the material that we studied and she sometimes suggests resources that I can use on my own for review. I always look forward to my lessons with Yana because she is cheerful and fun to chat with.
