Business Meeting Communication 
   - Discuss the language and etiquette used in business meetings.
   - Role-play scenarios where students practice leading and participating in meetings.
   - Highlight the importance of active listening and asking clarifying questions.

 Presentation Skills 
   - Discuss the key components of effective presentations, including structuring content, using  visuals, and engaging the audience.
   - Show examples of effective and ineffective presentations.
   - Conduct a brief activity where students present a short topic and receive constructive feedback.

Email Etiquette 
   - Discuss the structure and key elements of professional emails.
   - Provide examples of effective and ineffective professional emails.

Conclusion 
   - Recap the main points covered in the lesson.
   - Assign a task for the next lesson, such as preparing a professional email or short presentation.
