Kurspaket Inhalt
Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

Kursinhalt
・「英会話」に再チャレンジする方を応援します。
・英会話に（再）チャレンジするのって勇気が要りますよね。根気も必要になります。でも得られるものも大きいと思います。なにより楽しいです。英語や他の外国語を習うことで「もうひとりの自分」を見つけることが出来るかもしれません。より自由で柔軟で前向きで楽天的な自分。
・単語を知っているとか、文法を知っている、というのは「英会話」にはあまり関係なくて、むしろ「色々なことに興味がある」「未知なことを知りたいと思う」ことの方が大事だと思っています。
・せっかくレッスンを受けたのに、「講師ばかりが喋って、自分はあまり喋れなかった」という経験はありませんか？ 私は「待ちます」し、言葉が出てくるようにお手伝いします。多くの初心者の方のスキルアップをお手伝いした経験があります。
・レッスンの流れ（例）
・挨拶、お互いの自己紹介や近況報告（それぞれ5分程度）

・その内容に関する質問と回答（15分程度）
↓
・そこまでの振り返りと便利なフレーズの説明（20分程度）
↓
・振り返り、挨拶（5分程度）
↓
・事後のレビュー：発音や文法、会話の中のキーフレーズなどについてお知らせします
4回のレッスンを一定の期間に受けていただくことで、進歩を実感出来ます。
進捗によって事前に課題やテーマをお知らせします。
リクエストあれば事前のリスニング素材をご提供します。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
