Let's go to Finland! Are you planning on traveling, or even moving to Finland? Then this lesson might be for you!
In this lesson, we first go through some tourism knowledge in Finland, you will even find tips for your Finnish adventure! So if you have any specific location in your mind, let me know before so we can focus on that!
Then you will learn basic phrases for traveling in Finland. It is important to be able to explain what you plan to do or want to do in Finland. That is why we will go through the following phrases:
- Where are you going and where you would like to go
- What you would like to see and do
Finnish cafe culture is very delicious! Therefore it is useful to know vocabulary about cafes and restaurants and express what you would like to try there. We will go through the following phrases:
- Express yourself that you want to go to a cafe / a restaurant
- What would you like to drink and eat
- How to order in cafes/restaurants
This lesson teaches you new vocabulary as well as cultural knowledge. Keep in mind that basic greetings and self-introduction were explained in another lesson so we will not focus on them in this one. But no prior experience in Finnish is needed. I will be considerate to all Finnish level.
