Would you like to learn about South Africa and its culture? Known as the "Rainbow Nation", learn about how we do things in the South.

In this lesson I will talk about my home country, and share what it is like being South African, living in South Africa, and about all the different cultures you can experience there. The food we eat, the languages we speak, and the traditions we have. (Do you know what a braai is? Maybe you need to find out!)
South Africa has been shaped by a rather dark history, that has impacted much of what is done in the country today. This lesson will include a little of that history, as well as the events that led to the freedom and democracy we now celebrate.
Although we still have a long way to go, South Africa is, in my humble opinion, definitely a country worth learning about.
