This is a trial version of the session here.

I offer coaching session that incorporates counselling,Process Oriented Psychology(Process Work) approach to "open you up to your hidden potential and the awareness of emotions are usually hidden deep inside you".

By honestly looking at your inner emotions and acknowledging their existence, you can feel relieved your burden on your shoulders and new doors inside you can be opened to you.

It is important to "just listen to my frustrations and worries." Let's get it out at the session. That's all you need to do.
You may have "feeling which difficulties to be put it in words", it is totally no problem. I can support you to make your desire, emotion appeare by using your body sensation, body symptoms, or your dream.

About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.

Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
