課程介紹
Perfect your English with this advanced level lesson.
I will send you a native level Reading Passage in advance of our lesson. Please read the passage and use the 3 Discussion Topics to prepare for the Skype lesson. In addition to the Reading Passage, you will receive 3 Focused Vocabulary Exercises to help expand your vocabulary, which you will submit as homework before the lesson (I will send you corrections and explanations).
During the lesson we will start with a Q&A Session, discussing any new vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation from the Reading Passage, and then we will continue with a focused discussion using the 3 Discussion Topics.
After the lesson I will send you a lesson review document to reinforce the study points from the lesson.
Pre-lesson
· Academic or Literary Reading Passage
· 3 Discussion Topics (Skype lesson preparation)
· 3 Focused Advanced Vocabulary Exercises (submit as homework before the lesson)
Skype Lesson
· Q&A Session to ensure you fully understand new grammar or vocabulary from the Reading Passage.
· Discussion Activity to give you plenty of speech practice. I will give you appropriate guidance, correction and feedback during the lesson.
Post-lesson
· Personal study notes to allow you to review the content you've mastered in the lesson, and suggestions for further study.
Please let me know what type of Reading Passage you would prefer (Academic or Literary), and whether you have a desire to study a particular topic (for example, I currently have a student studying Pharmaceutical English in order to assist with her job at a Japanese pharmaceutical company).
