Kursinhalt

It's important for any mama to have a strong pelvic floor. Many times, these muscles get weakened, damaged or torn after giving birth to a new baby. Having a strong and functional pelvic floor can help alleviate urine leakage, constipation, feeling pressure in the pelvic area and make pelvic organ prolapse more comfortable and keep it from escalating. Also, making the muscles tighter, women tend to alleviate pain during sex and have a more enjoyable sexual experience.  

These exercises should be done daily but many women do them wrong or feel like they cannot “find” the right muscles. This is why it is important to be taught by a professional and once you’ve got it, you can continue doing them on your own, literally anytime, anywhere.

Equipment (optional): mini exercise ball (20-30cm)
