As I have worked in the travel industry within 4* and 5* hotels for over 16 years, I can help you with the following:
- Making / cancelling a hotel reservation
- Making / cancelling a flight reservation
- Making / cancelling a restaurant reservation
- How to check-in and check-out of a hotel
- How to make a complaint
- How to order at a restaurant
- Tipping culture in English speaking countries
- How to make a request at the hotel (e.g. room preference, when you would like your room to be cleaned, to ask for maintenance assistance, etc.)
- Help you create an itinerary
- Advise on the best hotels to fit your budget and needs
- Explain the transport system (underground, overground, taxis, buses, etc.)
- Recommend restaurants and tourist attractions, within London and the surrounding areas
This lesson will improve your confidence when travelling and provide you with useful knowledge on culture and general travel.
