This is a shorter version of my original counselling session. This is ideal for when you have a quick topic you want to talk about, or when you want to update me on something from your previous session.

Recommended for the following occasions:
・You have a topic you want to talk about quickly in just 30 minutes.
・You want to go over the same topic again.
・You want to share new insights from the previous session.
・You want to share any changes in your physical condition or feelings since the last session.
・You want to adjust your goals.
・You want to maintain your motivation between your regular sessions.
I recommend using this session as a follow-up to my main 45-minute version.
You can use this session if you have a busy schedule and do not have tee time to take a full 45-minute session. You could also use this session when you want to work on a single topic for 30 minutes x 2 times, or in smaller sessions.
