こちらのレッスンでは、先生に選んでいただいた、トークを事前に聞いておき、当日、先生とそこから関連して思いつく内容をテーマに話したり、課題のトークの内容についての先生からの質問に答えたりしています。リスニングやリーディングだけの理解だと自分が話す段階ではまだ不十分であることが多く、日常英会話のレッスンでは、使うことのあまりない単語や表現も勉強することができます。先生は、ベテランの方で、受ける方のレベルに合わせて進めてくださいますので、TEDに関心があれば受けられます。

だいぶ長い間先生のレッスンを受けています。現在はTEDのレッスンですが、毎回先生におすすめのTALKを選んでいただき、（だいたい１０分なので文章にすると長文です。）事前に学習しておき（準備が間に合わない時もありますが）、当日先生から質問を受けたり、関連した話題で話をしたりしています。会話文でなく、発表する人の言葉ですが、口語の英語の勉強になると思います。先生は長く日本にお住まいで、知っている地方食のことなど、共通の話題で盛り上がったこともあります。静かなく口調でジョークもよく言われます。気負いなくお話できる方なので、おすすめです。
