Such expressions occur across different languages and cultures. There are millions more in the English language, let's explore them together.

What is an idiom?

In this lesson, we will explore
  • the origins of some proverbs and idiomatic expressions 
  • their meaning, and
  •  how you can use them in your everyday speech. 
This lesson will include picture demonstrations to convey meaning on each expression learned.
