いつもはトレーニングのレッスンを受けていますが、時々ヨガレッスンも取り入れたいと思いこのレッスンを受けるようになりました。 長い間教えていただいている先生なので、私の得意な点・苦手な点をわかってくださっていて的確に指導してくださっています。 ヨガは種類が多くて先生によっても教え方が異なりますが、私にとってはSayaka先生のヨガレッスンがちょうど良い運動量でとても気に入っています。

Ms. TeacherMar gives good reading materials in various topics to cover every time. She proceeds the lesson step by step and makes sure the student's comprehension status. Her feedback is always encouraging and gives reflection for further learning.
