This is a 40-minute guided reading session for adult learners to practice reading aloud. Work on your pronunciation, fluency, intonation and also improve understanding longer sentences and phrases within the passage that you read.

You will be given a TED talk transcript when you apply for this lesson. You will receive the reading passage before the lesson as this will also give you extra time to read it casually on your own and print this out to take notes if you wish.
Depending on your proficiency, you will be provided with a TED talk transcript or various passages, either short or long, or both.
The type of reading material I will give to you will be based on your proficiency level, which we shall evaluate during the first lesson as I hear you read.
We will then:
Sometimes it can be hard to tackle long sentences on your own as a student. Learning them with a teacher can be quite beneficial.
Perfect for any adult learning level. Reading passages will be targeted and provided according to your learning level.
