Lighter reading for adults with classic books
Description
Are you interested in reading English Literature, but unsure where to begin?
Let us a find a classic book to suit you. Suggested books are the Penguin Readers of Jane Austen novels like Persuasion and Sherlock Holmes, adapted specially for learners of English.
These give a pleasant introduction to old famous books in English for intermediate adult learners. They are not as difficult as the original version but still give a satisfying and interesting story.
Either we can read the book aloud in the lesson and talk about it as we go along; or you can read before the lesson and ask me questions about it!
