India has a variety of cuisines spread out all throughout the country from spicy to non spicy to sweets.
In Japan, curry naan is the most famous. But actuslly there are many other types of food that we cook and eat everyday at home.

In this lesson I will teach you how to make delicious Indian recipes from scratch. The classes will be live from my Kitchen in India. The ingredients I will introduce can be easily sourced in Japan and abroad.
Since I do not eat meat or eggs, the dishes will be purely vegetarian. Sorry but I cannot teach you non veg recipes. But be assured the dishes will be healthy and full of taste and nutrition.

Also, since I am proficient in Japanese, I can explain you the steps in Japanese too.

If you want to learn any specific dish, please let me know at least 2 days in advance so that I have time to prepare the ingredients.
