In this class, I would like to introduce you a Japanese cooking method for vegetables. With no broth(dashi) or meat/fish, you can make tasty and flavorful soups easily!

In this class, you will learn one idea to cook vegetables efficiently, keeping the nutrition and flavor.
I will show you how to cut vegetables, layer them and control the heat to make a tasty and flavorful vegetable soup.
It is not complicated at all! It's simple and fast, but very delicious and healthy!

* You can watch my demonstration or cook together.

* We will use :
  • 4-6 kinds of vegetables such as cabbage, zucchini, celery, eggplant, potato, onion, carrot, turnip and so on.(Please let me know what you would like to use)
  • pot with a lid, knife, cutting board
  • seasonings such as miso, salt or soy sauce

We can talk both in English and Japanese for your Japanese learning if you prefer.
