Sometimes life can be difficult... and here in England, we always say that "A problem shared, is a problem halved". That means that sharing our problems can result in our problems becoming smaller and smaller, because our friends can help us feel better. I'm a very good listener and I'm also very good at offering advice. Let's become friends and let me help you with anything that might be bothering you.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
