フィーのお支払に関して

• 1. お支払い金額

  カフェトークでは、生徒様へ提示されたレッスン金額(レッスン売上金額)の60％を、レッスンフィーとしてお支払い致します。現在はポイント制をとっており、生徒様は1ポイント1日本円にてポイント購入ができます。 なお、通常はポイント購入の際、パートナー会社からの紹介の場合や高額ポイント購入の場合に、カフェトークがディスカウントを実施して販売しております。また、キャンペーンなどで通常よりも少ない金額でポイントを販売することもあります。
  ただし、このような場合には全てカフェトークがディスカウント分を負うこととなり、あくまで講師様に支払われるレッスンフィーが、生徒様に提示されたレッスンフィーの60％を下回ることはありません。

  Wie die Marge berechnet wird.

  Die Marge von Cafetalk beginnt bei 60% der Kurse und Preise, und verändert sich aufgrund der folgenden zwei Kriterien.

  • Die mindestversicherte Rate (A): Abhängig von der Konsistenz der Umsätze und der kumulativen Umsätze.
  • Die variable Rate (B): Abhängig von den monatlichen Umsätzen.

  Deine Raten werden zum Ersten jeden Monats berechnet (GMT Zeitzone) und die bessere von (A) und (B) wird die effektive Rate des Monats werden.

  • A) Mindestversicherte Rate

    1,500,000 P		→	Minnimum 75% garantiert

    4,000,000 P		→	Minnimum 80% garantiert

  • B) Variable Rate

    300,000 P	〜		→	85%
    The higher sales of two previous months will be used for calculation.

    If the margin rate calculated based on sales is less than 70% the following 'reliability' bonus will take effect.

    Please note that you must be active as a tutor in the given calculation period (one and two months respectively) and you must have at least one paid request per month.

  Bitte beachte, dass wir Deine Auszahlung zurückhalten oder gar Dein Konto sperren ohne Vorwarnung, solltest Du einen bestätigten Kurs nicht halten, Fehltritte sich anhäufen oder Du sogar gegen die Tutoren Bestimmungen verstößt (Siehe 8 und 11-5 der Tutoren Bestimmungen).

• 2. お支払い方法

  現在、講師の皆様へのフィーお支払方法として、日本に銀行口座をお持ちの方は銀行振込にてご対応させて頂いております。海外在住の方はPaypalまたはPayoneer(海外の口座にPayoneer経由でお振り込みもできます。) *居住国にもよりますが、Wiseでのお支払いも可能です。

• 3. お支払い時期

  レッスンフィーのお支払いにつきましては、カフェトークにログインし、マイページの「支払請求」ページより請求することができます。支払請求金額は、最低3,000円からとなっており、また、請求できるレッスンは「完了」ステータス（もしくは、キャンセル料をとった場合はキャンセル済ステータス）になっているレッスンのみとなります。
  
  また、支払いの締め日につきましては、「毎月3日締めの当月15日払い」とさせていただいております。詳しくは下記の例をご参照ください。

  
  なお、現在お支払い手数料等は頂いておりません。もし変更される場合には、事前にご連絡させて頂きます。
