MissTee 讲师的个人介绍
Hello from Hawaii, USA! Please call me Miss Tee. I was born and raised in Hawaii. I am a native English speaker, but I can also understand and speak conversational-level Japanese and Tagalog.
I have a Bachelor degree in Public Administration, as well as an Associate degree in Teaching, both earned from the University of Hawaii system. I graduated as a summa cum laude honor student with a 3.93 GPA from UH West Oahu in 2019.
In the past, I have had several professional positions that involved tutoring and working with students of all ages. I have experience tutoring in all subject areas. English has always been my strongest subject area.
As for my teaching style, I am very patient and try to adapt to my student's needs. I have a hybrid style of teaching that leans towards the facilitator teaching style, which involves promoting self-learning and helping students come to their own answers. My goal is to foster confidence in my students!
I will do my best to communicate with students and help them in the areas in which they would like to focus most. Please contact me if you feel like I would be a good fit for you and your learning goals.
