Hello, I’m ai. I’ve been working as a baking and cooking instructor since 2013. I love bread, and bake bread everyday at home while conducting cooking lessons in classrooms and in private.

Although baking bread is often thought of as a tedious and difficult process of kneading, my “no-knead bread” recipe I recommend is a simple, delicious, and revolutionary method that cuts out the tedious and difficult process of baking bread, adds more water, and produces fluffy bread.
 
All you have to do is mix the dough in a bowl, let it rise, and repeat the process, and you can easily make delicious homemade bread without the need for a kneading table or the muscle power to knead.
 
Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience in baking, you will be able to work together with me by following my directions using the video, so that you can easily understand the whole process.
