Hi, my name is Marco. I am an American currently living in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. I began teaching English in Japan in 2021, and have taught over 2,000 lessons to Japanese students since then. I have taught students from beginner level to advanced level, and have experience with all age groups.

My expertise is in:

  • Written English
  • Pronunciation
  • Vocabulary
I also speak Japanese! ネイティブの英語を教えて、日本語で説明することができます！

My Classes
I enjoy teaching native English and want to help students speak and enjoy their favorite content in English. I like to use materials like books, games, and manga to help students connect with the English language and the cultural aspects of English. My teaching style is relaxed, so don't hesitate to sign up for my lessons even if you are a beginner!

I will take notes during the lesson and give feedback at the end. I can also send feedback through messages once a lesson if finished.

I speak Japanese, and am continuing to learn, so I understand what it's like to learn a second language. Let's do our best to learn together! If you don't understand something, I can explain it in Japanese as well, so please don't worry.

I also have experience with American business English, as well as Eiken test preparation. If you are interested in lessons in those areas, please let me know!

In my free time I enjoy writing stories, reading manga, and visiting shrines and temples in Japan.

ネイティブの英語を教えるのが好きで、生徒さんが英語で話せるようになったり、好きな作品を英語で楽しんだりできるようにお手伝いします。本やゲーム、漫画などの教材を使って、生徒さんが英語や英語の文化的な側面に親しめるようにするのが好きです。誰にでも分かりやすく、そしてリラックスした雰囲気で英語を教えるので、初心者の方でも遠慮なく登録してください！
 
僕も日本語を話せますし、今も勉強を続けています。一緒に頑張って勉強しましょう！わからないことがあれば、日本語でも説明できますので、ご安心ください。
