Whether you want to start learning French now, want to start over, or want to learn it for work or study abroad, I can provide great lessons that match your needs. I give beginner to intermediate level lessons. Having fun learning while speaking is also important, but when it comes to mastering a language, you can only get so far just by taking fun classes. I hope you will take classes regularly (little by little) and I will give you assignments to help get you used to French.
I studied French Literature at a graduate school in Japan. I worked as a part time lecturer at a university for 3 years. I studied abroad in Lyon on an exchange program to my second graduate school and received a Master of Arts. After that, my husband got transferred overseas so we lived in France for 2 years and Africa for 3 years. I experienced childbirth and early childcare in French speaking countries. In addition to your questions about French, I can answer anything you want to know about the French culture and lifestyle through the eyes of a Japanese person, as well as questions pertaining to travel. Please feel free to ask.
