I am an English language instructor with a strong background in education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and I am TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certified. As a Fulbrightscholar, I have had the opportunity to teach Arabic as a foreign language, which has been a rewarding experience.
In 2012, I began my journey as an educator, and since then, I have been dedicated to helping students learn and improve their language skills. I believe in a student-centered approach to teaching, where the needs and goals of my students are at the forefront. By creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, I strive to empower my students to reach their full potential.
One teaching technique that I find particularly effective is gamification. By incorporating game elements and principles into my lessons, I aim to make the learning process more enjoyable and interactive. Gamification allows students to actively participate, collaborate, and develop their language skills in a fun and engaging manner.
In addition to my teaching experience, I was honored to be a Fulbright scholar. This prestigious opportunity allowed me to further enhance my knowledge and teaching skills, as well as broaden my cultural understanding. It was a transformative experience that has greatly influenced my approach to education.
Overall, I am passionate about teaching English as a second language and helping students overcome language barriers. I am dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive and achieve their language learning goals.
