Welcome , I am Teacher Lesa from adventurous South Africa . TEFL 120hr / TEYL 60hr certificates . Equipped to teach English to ADHD and DYSLEXIC students , '' Students with Special Needs '' .
Currently enrolled for a Diploma in Nursing Care. Business English and Career coach . Children training expert with years of Foundation Phase experience .
I love traveling to learn about peoples cultures and diversity . I have been to Qatar , Nigeria , China , and Thailand . The world is your oyster.
Learning a new Language ( amongst the 6 I speak out of the 11 official languages in S.A) 
I am a Music lover and a fan of Bollywood films.                                  A GOOD TUTOR IS A NEVER ENDING STORY.....
 
I have 5 years Formal Teaching experience running a neighborhood  Day Care Centre . TEFL/TESOL120hr and TEYL60hr certified.
 

Young Learners
Young children move a mile a minute, so I am patient, understanding and a love of young children .Balance novelty and routine. Use movement, visuals, exploration opportunity .
I usually cover topics such as body parts, colors, numbers, weather, emotions, appearance, and routines. I will have to introduce new vocabulary slowly and do lots of practice activities each day. Every lesson focuses on speaking, listening, and having fun.
TPR is the most important element in the younger ones classroom. 
 
Projects and assignments for Children from ages 6 to 18 years.
 
Older Students can’t pick and choose what they want to learn every lesson. But working choice into their learning can make teenagers more proactive students. For example, if you set a writing task, I give my students a few suitable options to choose from. This gives teenagers ownership over their work. 
I focus on grammar by integrating it into the actual writing process. Grammar drills and worksheets are ineffective in improving the understanding and use of grammar. The most effective ways to teach grammar is to encourage and promote reading and writing.
By using the correct sounds when you speak, others can quickly understand what you're trying to say. If you are great at grammar and know many different words, good pronunciation will help others hear and understand you even more clearly.
 
Night School Classes for individuals above 18 years old. 
# Exam preparations helping them practice more and conduct tests for revisions, practicing worksheets and mock tests to understand strengths and weaknesses, customizing notes according to one’s understanding, trying different learning styles to get the best suited, and many more.
 
Interviews
 I will guide and teach Verbal communication skills which include choosing your words carefully and describing your qualifications clearly. Nonverbal communication skills include smiling, nodding, and making eye contact. Practice good communication . PREPARATION is key in any interview.
 
Business conversations 
I will train you on how to assign tasks to employees, receiving and responding to customer feedback . The purpose is to improve organizational practices and reduce errors.

I have acquired a TEFL 120hr Certificate and the additional TEYL 60hr Certificate specifically designed for Young Learners.
 
Language Arts -  Reading , Writing , Pronunciation , How to Express and Conversate in a fun way you will always remember after the first lesson.
Business and Tourist language also available.
