Nice to meet you!
I studied abroad in Germany and I’ve been working as a cellist since then for 14 years.
In addition to my music career, I’ve also been working as a private Japanese and German language tutor.
What are my lessons like?
I offer lessons that are tailored for each student’s needs and preferences.
For instance, you might want to prepare for a German language test because you plan on studying abroad in Germany. Perhaps, you want to learn easy and basic German phrases before you travel to Germany. You might want to learn daily conversational German as well. Any topic is fine with me!
I am a language tutor, but I like to teach my lessons in a relaxed atmosphere, like between friends, without being too formal. Let's have fun studying together!
My German Lessons:
Compared to English, many people find German to be a difficult and intimidating language. Because of this, it doesn’t seem like there is much of a demand for German lessons in Japan.
However, (this can be said for any language, but) the German language has an unique beauty to it.
In order to learn a certain language, I believe that it is important to also understand the culture and people who use that language.
I hope that my students will be able to learn not only about the German language, but also learn about the country, their culture, and its people through my lessons.
My Cello Lessons:
I also offer cello lessons through Skype.
Have you ever wanted to learn to play the cello but haven’t been able to find the time to take a physical cello lesson? Would you like to take lessons after work?
No matter your age or level, I will happily assist you in learning how to play the cello!
Let's enjoy learning how to play the cello together.
