〜Career〜
7 years dance (JAZZ, GIRL s, WACK)
Figure skating for 15 years.
Synchronized skating in team competitions.
Appeared in ice shows nationwide and participated in the All Japan Championship as a ed player.
Entered the University of Physical Education, wanting to learn about the body and health.
I was tired both physically and mentally when I met yoga during my university days, and I was impressed not only by the changes in my body but also my mind.
By accepting yourself as you are and turning your eyes to something and thanking you, you will be in harmony with your heart and be healthy both physically and mentally.
Worked as a yoga instructor at a major yoga company in order to convey and contribute to more people. The Tachikawa store, Toyota store in Aichi prefecture, Musashi Koganei store, Haijima store, and the new store launch staff have achieved good results and were commended as the number one store in Japan.
More than 50 lessons per month. I have done over 500 regular lessons a year.
Now, as a freelancer, I gain more experience and take charge of yoga lessons at various sites, improve my yoga lesson skills, and try to “be close to the customer”. I provide satisfying information and effects.
Recently, I also acquired the Level 2 Health Care Ability Test to gain knowledge about nutrition.
Online lessons are also popular and online yoga has 18 regular lessons per week.
