【Yuki Saito】
I am living in Fukushima Prefecture.
Started playing guitar and bass at the age of 14, and completed a special course in music at Konan High School.
While in school, I won the first prize in the prefecture and the third prize in the Tohoku area at a band contest sponsored by a major company.
After that, I moved my base of activities to Kanagawa where I worked on live performances and recordings for various artists.
In 2016, Istarted my career as a ukulele player.
In 2020, I won the Judge's Special Prize at one of the largest ukulele contests in Japan.
I was selected as a finalist in the group category at the International Ukulele Contest in 2021.
I have been teaching ukulele and guitar at music schools in the prefecture for 5 years, using a variety of styles including individual, group, and workshop.
