私がオンラインESL講師という職業に出会ったのは、当時2歳だった娘の面倒を見るために家にいる必要があった時でした。自由に使える時間もあったので、キャリア的に何かを続けたいと思い、オンラインの仕事を探していました。そして、たまたまオンラインESLの家庭教師会社を経営している友人のまた友人が、この機会を提供してくれたことで、非常に幸運な巡り合わせであったと思います。それから数年後、私はまだこの業界にいて、毎日ますます好きになっています。
私の趣味は、小説を読むことと、いろいろな方とお話して意見や知識を交換することです。私にとって、新しいことを学ぶことは常に新鮮なことです。また、余暇にはネットサーフィンをすることも好きです。私は忍耐強く、楽しいことが大好きで、聞き上手なので、オンラインES講師という職業には特にプラスの資質であると思います。
生徒さんが安心して自分を表現できるように、私のレッスンでは常に生徒さんが心地よく、楽しく過ごせるようにしています。また、私は自分の指導スタイルやアプローチに関しては柔軟性があります。このため、生徒さんのニーズや好みに合わせて学習方法を調整することができます。
