Hello my name is Ana Paula, I am currently second year student of Business Mnagement at the University of Kent. In the last few years I discover I like to teach, first I was doing it as a hobby teaching my younger brother some academic courses. Subsequently I had my first paid session when I tutor one of my friends as she had some difficulties in the language. Moreover this last summer I decided I want to enhance my teaching skills by starting a qualified course to teach English as a foreign language by the University of Cambridge. During the course, I gained experience in everything from designing lesson plans to delivering classes to real students, following specific stages and timing. This opportunity not only expanded my knowledge but also deepened my passion for teaching.
I was raised and born in Peru, it is a diverse and culturally rich country located in South America. It is home to one of the seven world wonders, Machu Pichu. As a native of Peru, I have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students whose first language is not English, and I am familiar with the specific difficulties that may arise in their language-learning journey.
My age aimed to teach is from kids to adults, I have experience teching both and I consider both have their unique characteristics which I like. Moreover If you want to take a lesson with me you will have to book it 24 hours before the class to deliver a good quality lesson. I can teach different subskills like Listening, reading, writing, speaking, grammar and lexis. Or I can also prepared you to an specific English test.
I’m excited to invite you to book your first lesson with me! My classes are creative and dynamic, designed to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
