Jezzie 講師的自我介紹
Hello! My name is Jezzie but you can also call me Jess. I have been teaching as English tutor for more than 10 years now. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students from diverse backgrounds and varying proficiency levels, helping them to not only learn the language but also connect with the English-speaking world. My passion lies in creating engaging and interactive learning environment that foster language acquisition and cultural understanding. I am dedicated to helping my students build their confidence in English and achieve their language goals. I look forward to continuing this journey of learning and growth with my students.

{TEACHING BACKGROUND}
Now about my teaching experience, that could be anything from major in University/College, working professional adult to elderly people, experience in private tutoring one on one lesson both offlline and online. I help students in preparing for their test/exam specifically about IELTS, TOEFL and OPIC speaking.
{TEACHING STYLE}
I create engaging lesson plans that focus on speaking for example (Free conversation). I usually prepare the topic tailored to the students preference, level and interest. I use variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and effective. My goal is to build my students' confidence in using English in everyday situations, while also fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
{My interests/hobbies}
I also have various interests, such as, reading books (Self-help and Comics), listening to music (English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean), cooking, dancing, singing, traveling, taking photos, watching movies, documenatries and anime, coffee hopping and lastly playing instruments.
{Certifications}
*I am excited to share that I acquired my TEFL certification in August 2024, which has equipped me with the skills and methodologies to effectively teach English as a foreign language.
*Additionally, I earned my Basic Japanese certification in January 2019, which not only reflects my commitment to language learning but also provides me with valuable insights into Japanese culture and communication. Together, these certifications enable me to connect with diverse learners and contribute positively to their educational journeys.
LESSON/CLASS STYLE~
I offer a stress-free class where I let my student express themselves freely and can be who they are in the class. I make my student feel safe, welcome and most importantly I allow them to have fun. Whether they're shy, nervous and awkward I let them shine in their own pace. ^^
