Hi, Welcome to Cafetalk. I'm Camy. I'm an English teacher based in Fukuoka Japan. I completed my MBA (UK) and certified with IELTS UK.
I still consider myself a student of other languages therefore, I understand the importance of learning and teaching it to others. As a person who speaks 5 languages myself, I understand the techniques and ways of picking up a language through conversation and sharing it with others in a simple and effective manner.
I moved to Fukuoka, Japan with my lovely wife and beautiful daughter in mid-July 2019 to undertake a new adventure in life. I'm a huge sports fan, and I enjoy traveling around the world to many major sporting events, give it for work or just leisure. I'm also an adventurous person and fascinated by the cultures and history behind each country especially the Samurai and the Edo history of Japan.
I'm sure you'll enjoy learning English the fun way as I would prefer to have simple chats and basic pronunciations of English on daily basis with me. So welcome all new learners and don't be afraid to make mistakes as they are all part of this learning process. I can assist you with, whether it's business, education ( kids included ), travel, translation/interpretation, or just social learning. I would like to see you build your confidence in speaking and improve your reading ability. I teach simple and clear techniques in speaking, pronunciations, reading, and understanding the differences in daily used words. I'm sure you will enjoy each lesson.
Let's start with a trial lesson for a simple introduction.
Other skills include sports broadcasting, creative event management, music programming, and graphic design. We can have a chat on any of these subjects too.
