Hello! My name is Mamiko, you can call me MAME!
I am from japan Kansai area, mother of two daughters and currently working at a gym in the United states as a fitness instructor.
I am a certified personal trainer and also have education in Sports nutrition, Fitness assessment, Kinesiology , anatomy and physiology and TRX suspsention training.
I was big into snowboarding when I was younger, competed in Big air type of events but in the end, I broke my back and decided to put snowboarding in the past.
Since the injury, I learned how important it is to build a strong base for the body.
I coached gymnastics for 2 years and decided to become a fitness instructor!
I teach over 20 classes a week, about 100 people a day.
I've seen a lot of different body types and personalities.
I am confident that I can work with your type!
My passion is to provide a sustainable effective fun workout.
