こんにちは！私の名前はJaneで、フィリピン出身です。TESOLとTEFLの資格を持っており、ホスピタリティ・マネジメントの学位（優等学位）を取得しています。オンラインとオフラインの両方で、幅広い語学レベルと年齢層の生徒さんに7年以上英語を教えてきました。オンラインと対面式のレッスンのどちらにも対応した留学プログラムを持つ、ハイブリッドなスクールで教える機会もありました。基本的な英文法や英会話から、ビジネス英語、アクセント・リダクション、カラン・メソッド（Callan Method）、さらにはTOEICや英検対策といったより専門的なレッスンまで、様々なレッスンを担当してきました。
 
また、ESL講師トレーナーとして4年間働いた経験があります。この時は、ESL教師のコーチングとトレーニングを行い、他言語を話す生徒さんに英語を教えるためのストラテジーと方法論を実践することを任されました。
 
私自身、ノン・ネイティブのバイリンガルなので、新しく言語を学ぶプロセスをよく理解していますし、このプロセスはそれぞれの学習者によって異なるということも理解しています。そのため、私は生徒さんの年齢や英語レベル、学習ニーズ、そして好みに合わせて指導スタイルを調整するようにしています。こうすることで、個々の生徒さんに合った、楽しく、魅力的なレッスンを提供できます。^^
 
G.A.T.E.という教授法を用いて、質の高いレッスンを行っています。

T - Teacher / Student Talking Time（先生と生徒の話す割合：30% - 70%）
E - Energy and enthusiasm（元気さと熱意）
 
南国に住んでいるので、機会があるたびにビーチに行くことが好きです。それ以外の時は、在宅で映画鑑賞をしたり、キッチンで料理をしたり、お菓子作りをしたりして過ごしています。カラオケも大好きで、大学のチャペルで歌っていたこともあるので、レッスンで英語の歌を歌ってみたい方も大歓迎です。^^
