Hello! Welcome to my profile.
My name is Amy. I have been teaching English as a second language for a few years. I studied in Japan for a summer session in Tokyo during my university days. After I graduated, I moved to South Korea and lived there as a teacher for nearly 5 years. I mostly taught young children, but I have worked with all age groups. I mostly taught speech focused lessons, but I have really enjoyed teaching subjects like art as well.
My coworkers have described me as a very positive, patient, and passionate teacher. I was always excited to come to work and see my students each day.
I had a lot of fun teaching and I still care for all my former students. I decided it was time to move on and try new things, so I am now living in Central America studying herbalism (the use of plants for health).
I have many interests and hobbies so I am happy to talk to you about several different topics.
