Hi! I am Teacher Hargie from the land of the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the Philippines.
With over 19 years of experience as a teacher and as a guidance counselor teaching and guiding elementary, secondary, and college students in different schools in the Philippines, I have the abilities, combined with a passion for teaching and work ethic that will contribute to the betterment of the community that would produce a well-rounded individual.
As a teacher and as a counselor as well, I am committed to serving and helping students, and all the members of the school realize their full potentials and achieve their goals by providing them opportunities that will bring out the best in them through different classroom activities incorporated in the subject matter. I have learned that if students and teachers will be motivated to learn, they will be hungry for learning and become more confident in their abilities.
Teaching, motivating, and counseling are my passion, and will continue to strive to educate young minds and inculcate in them the importance of moral values.
Teaching learners the FUN WAY is the most effective tool in teaching different languages and they will learn best to attain their goals using the following specific techniques;
a. specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bounded (SMART)
b. Cooperative learning approach
c. Step-by-step process in learning English, Filipino, or any languages
d. Variety of fun-filled activities
