Hello, everyone. My name is Raleigh. How are you? Let me tell you about myself.
First, I'm a native speaker from the USA. I earned International Management and Spanish Language Degrees. After that, I worked as a English- Spanish translator in an office for several years.
Business and professional English are what I teach the most, since it was my life. Although I had to be professional during the week, I played in a wild rock band on the weekends.
I wanted to travel the world, so I earned a TEFL/TESOL certificate in Thailand. For the past 8 years, I have taught at all levels from beginners to advanced business professionals.
My classes can be from simple conversation up to very structured Oxford Preparation courses. During those years of traveling, I also started a travelers hostel in Costa Rica. Currently, I'm in Serbia and The Balkans, where I host tours of the area.
As an American, I enjoy talking about our accents, slang, pop culture and current events. I am a singer and a guitar player, so I enjoy using music in lessons. Whether it's English, Spanish, or music, you will always learn something new!
