Hello! My name is Ann and I currently live in the U.S. My goal is to meet people from all over the world and help them with their English skills. I am not only a native English speaker, but I also have a BA and MFA in English-Creative Writing as well as a TEFL certificate. So, I can help you speak and write English to the best of your ability.

My teaching style will be combination of writing and speaking. If the student would like incorporate reading in the English language, I could help with that as well. I move at the student's pace in learning, so they are comfortable and at ease. I teach English pronunciation, focusing on conversational English. This is the best way to get students comfortable talking about subject matter that interest them, whether it is food, travel, politics, or hobbies.

I have two years tutoring experience in English and Writing. I have one-on-one tutoring sessions with students. My students not only reside in the U.S. I also work with students who desire to come to the U.S. for college or those individuals already here for college or work who need extra assistance. We practice either by doing a grammar lesson, a writing assignment, or whatever make them feel at ease.

I tell my students that learning English can be fun. I make my classes as engaging, funny, and interesting as possible. I tutor not only English and Writing, but also TOEFL exam prep, conversational English, and business English to students living in all around the globe.

I am here to help my students anyway I can. I welcome suggestions or materials that students feel comfortable using is our lesson. I have materials as well, so the student just needs to show up and ready to learn. You can contact me whenever you need my help or have a question, and I will respond quickly.
